How to monitor Oracle listener

We have a requirement. We need to monitor the following Oracle Listener.

/u01/app/18.3.0/grid/bin/tnslsnr LISTENER -no_crs_notify -inherit

Could you please provide the plugin to monitor the above oracle listener

Also could you please provide the check command.
