Hi Sander5!

I'm facing the same problem to monitoring waste toners on canon printers with SNMP. Did you find any solution? Could you help me?

Thanks in advance!

Hi flavioso,

How are you monitoring waste toners and canon printers with SNMP? Are you using the same plugin?

Hi kyang,

Yes, I'm trying to monitoring Canon printers with this plugin. However, it always return the same value (-2) for Canon printers waste toners. I have googled this value and I found that means unknown. I try to use snmpwalk and return value is the same..

That is the same problem faced in the thread mentioned above...

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance..

I can't say for sure why it's returning the same value.

Have you tried contacting Canon for that specific OID?
