size of file is different and results in file/folder not found when running ./check_ncpa.py -V

copied known working file from my other fully working nagios installation with a different file size and ./check_ncpa.py -V works correctly and I can check hosts from the command line successfully as well.

Good catch on the line endings, and thank you for bringing this to our attention!

I've just downloaded the file from our site to verify, and it looks like it has Unix style line endings again. Do you want to try the download one more time?
