Nagios Server unreachable

Hello there, I recently installed the Nagios log server DEMO successfully, whereby I proceeded to complete my activation at the IP address given in the Nagios Log server virtual machine .

After a couple of hours later, the webserver was unreachable and when I tried restarting the Virtual machine, there was an error(Determining IP address...Fail),
furthermore, the IP address was no longer displayed in my virtual machine.

I have attached a couple of screenshots and hopefully this will make my question more sensible.

Looks like a DHCP or other network issue. Try assigning a static IP and see if that helps: https://support.nagios.com/kb/article.php?id=549
