Re: email Server Victim
That is not our server, but rather the server of one of our users. Unfortunately since our users run their own servers, we do not have any control over their sending of mail. You will need to reach out to them directly.

And how can I contact them directly ?

Re: email Server Victim
That is not something we can assist with. If you are getting emails from their servers you could try replying, or see if others are included in the message and reach out to them. Otherwise you can try visiting their website and look for a contact form or details.
Otherwise since this is a GMail account you might be able to just block the sender - https://support.google.com/mail/answer/8151

hello team,
I have absolutely no information about them, no other emails in CC.
The only info I have is regarding you:
My mailbox is DOWN because of emails I receive everyday. Can you help me to reach them ?
Otherwise can you reach them and tell them my issue?

Host: 10.95.91.127
State: DOWN
Address: 10.95.91.127

Re: email Server Victim
Going to re-iterate this:
https://support.google.com/mail/answer/8151
There is quite literally nothing that can be done by anyone here since no one here controls the email server sending you these messages. This is a fundamental security feature of most SMTP servers to not allow arbitrary access. Truthfully, if I could SSH into the server of whoever is sending these emails and shut off the flow of emails you are receiving, I would do just that.
If you have a Google Apps account that is exceeding it's allowed messages per day, I would highly recommend blocking the address that is sending these unwanted emails. I have faced such obstacles before with Google Apps For business accounts, and blocking the sender's address/server is effective and quite trivial.

Re: email Server Victim
The Google blocking route is going to be the fastest and easiest method. As has been mentioned several times, we do not have any way to disable their server and I cannot divulge customer information (if they even are).

Re: email Server Victim
i don't think posting your email on a public forum is a way to spot spam.
i would look at the headers in the message to actually see where it's coming from, you may be able to find an ISP or domain of some sort to work with if blocking doesn't work.

Re: email Server Victim
Closing this as it is not an issue we can directly solve.
