npm pm2 logs on Nagios Log server

Post by rkpotdar »

Hello Team,
I am running a Nagios log server and able to monitor apache logs. However, I wanted to know how the npm pm2 (Node.js package manager) logs that are generated on an Ubuntu machine be sent to the NLS?
I have checked on www.npmjs.org which talks about check_pm2 but that is more for process checks and not the logs itself.
Could you give me some leads on the same?

http://NLSIP/nagioslogserver/source-setup/linux-files will provide a script to to monitor logs on a system and send them over via syslog. Let me know if this helps or if you run into any problems with it.
