customized log file format

Hi

I have a tomcat application which has running multiple instances. All the instances having log folders which the log files are not in a standard Catalina format. Log outputs are fully customized.

Can I integrate those log files with Nagios log server? As I read about Nagios LS and some tutorials, I have not found supportive guides for it.

Can somebody help me on this, please?
