NLS System status

Hi
I tried to check system status In nls , admin --> System status
It seems I don't see any output. It was keep trying but no response.
May I know what is the issue and how can I check the system status?

It's usually caused by DNS issues. Does nls1.nagios.xyz have valid A record in DNS or does the machine with the browser open to the NLS interface have a hosts entry that resolves nls1.nagios.xyz to an IP? This page actually requires that the client(browser) is able to resolve the hostname of the NLS machine.
