Problem "Could not authenticate. Invalid token given"

Post by nagioscarnovale »

Hey everyone,

I can't manage via web GUI

admin->System Status->Subsystems

Elasticsearch Database
Logstash Collector

I only see a yellow triangle to the left of

[yellow triangle] Elasticsearch Database
[yellow triangle] Logstash Collector

if I move over the mouse I get :

"Could not authenticate. Invalid token given"

before I could do the following actions

(green ball) Elasticsearch Database [Restart]
(green ball) Logstash Collector [Restart] [Stop]

the screenshot of the problem is attached.
At the beginning it was working

Thanks in advance
Nick

The token that it is referring to is the user's API key. Try resetting it and let us know your results.
