Hi,
How can we assign some created dashboards only for a specific user? Can you give me the steps, please?
also, I want to export all the searched data into the CSV file. For example in my searched data, there are 2001 records. How can I save all the records into a one CSV file?
Thank you
Luke.
Restrict dashboard access and export to csv
Re: Restrict dashboard access and export to csv
I'm not sure what you mean by "searched data" so I'm going to ignore that.
As for creating dashboards for specific users, you have two choices:
1) Log in as that user and make a dashboard. Only that user will see it.
2) Log in as nagiosadmin (or other admin) and make a dashboard. Then deploy that dashboard to the user that needs it.

For the CSV export question
https://support.nagios.com/kb/article/n ... a-791.html
For the dashboards, see @eloyd response, also another user can create a dashboard and click the share button (top right) and send that link to the other user, once they load the link they can save it as a personal dashboard.

Whoops! I just realized I thought the question was about XI. Now I see it was LS. Sorry about that!

No worries, your answer mainly works for Log Server tooeloyd wrote:Whoops! I just realized I thought the question was about XI. Now I see it was LS. Sorry about that!
The only thing is this comment
Would be more precise how I mentioned it, OR you can save a global dashboard and all users can see it.eloyd wrote:2) Log in as nagiosadmin (or other admin) and make a dashboard. Then deploy that dashboard to the user that needs it.
