How To Manually Extract Historic report of specific device ?

Hi Team ,

I am not able to extract manually historic report of specific device [ Last 30 days , Last 7 Days ] ,whenever i am pulling report by clicking on last 7 days or last 30 days it is not showing historic data.

Please guide me the procedure for manually extracting the historic report.

Which report are you trying to run? State history, availability, or one of the others?

Do you have the indices open that contain the data in Admin > Index Status?

Please send me a copy of your profile, you can download it from Admin > System Status by clicking the Download System Profile button​ and upload it to the ticket by clicking the "choose item" link at the bottom of the menu.​ Make sure to wait until the file is finished uploading before clicking the Post Reply button.
