NagEvent log Monitoring for Event ID monitoring

I tried to install the Nageventlog on one of my windows server 2012, it works fine and i am getting notification

But when i tried to install in on a windows 2008 server, after installation i am getting

unable to execute file
C:\programfiles (x86)\Monitoring\NagEVlogctrl.exe
create process failed code 14001

the application has failed to start because its side-by-side configuration is incorrect
