Yes I recently upgraded to 5.4.11
I wonder if the DB schema didn't get properly upgraded. Please run:

echo 'desc tbl_lnkServiceToHost;' | mysql  -t -pnagiosxi nagiosql 
   
And post the output.  
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.
