Emails

I am able to get a test email from Nagios XI, but none of the warning emails or critical emails from our monitored servers.
Is anyone else having this issue or does anyone know how to resolve it?

Is your user a contact for the hosts/services in Down/Critical state?

If you click you username and go to "Notification Preferences" are they enabled?

If so, if you go to the notifications report can you see notification in the report you have not received?
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.

The answer to all 3 of your questions is yes, but I am still not receiving notifications.

For this user under their preferences -> Notification Methods is email selected?

On the notifications report what is listed as the Dispatcher for the notifications that were not received?

Are you using SMTP or Sendmail in the mail setup?

Have you looked at the logs in the location shows at Admin -> Manage Email Settings ?
