Is it permissible to either add my company logo on the Nagios XI UI's or to replace the Nagios XI logo with my cmpany logo? I would still expect to leave the Nagios copyright information on the bottom of the UI's.

This is okay, as long as they don't remove any copyright statements or
remove "Nagios XI" from the footer, credits, etc.
