Nagios is NOT Sending SMS or Email

I have nagios xi 2009R1.1G but suddenly stop sending emails and sms text to my cell

somebody can help me

i make test notifications, said was send but nothing on my email or phone

What testing/troubleshooting have you done so far?

Elsewhere on this board we have a list of steps to test email delivery. I'd say the problems should likely be vary easy to find, since it sounds like you have more then one.
