Nagios XI integration with service-now

Hello Guys,
I am trying to do service-now integration with nagios xi following the tutorials in http://exchange.nagios.org/directory/Pl ... er/details & http://roshamboot.org/main/projects/alp ... tegration/ everything went well till Step 7 but while buildmap i am getting below error ....



[root@nagiostest libexec]# perl sn_ticketer.pl --page='incident.do' --buildmap
Cleaning up archived DB entries older than TTL
Config loaded.
Connecting to: https://infinitetest.service-now.com/incident.do?WSDL
Connection to Service-Now Failed: 401 Unauthorized


any idea where am i going wrong ?
