Please PM me a copy of your profile so that we can take a look at your configuration. You can download it by going to Admin > System Config > System Profile and click the Download Profile button in the top right corner.

There was a BPI fix in 5.2.4 and I notice you are using 5.2.3. Is it possible for you to upgrade? Also, the latest BPI component is now 2.5.0. Instructions for the manual upgrade are available at https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... nstall.pdf
After you upgrade XI, please check to make sure the BPI component was also upgraded.
