You have different connection issues in those logs. Are you actually able to talk to those servers?

Please post a screeenshot of http://YOURSERVER/nagiosxi/admin/mailsettings.php. If you want to PM the screenshot, that is fine, but be aware that you need to update this thread to get it back on our support dashboard.
