Nagios XI - ndo2db service will not start

Nagios XI 5.3.1 install - however the ndo2db service will not start - on Redhat 7

What are the error codes when you try to start ndo2db?

Could you try removing the lock file and then starting the service again?

rm -f /usr/local/nagios/var/ndo2db.lock 
service ndo2db restart

Let us know if that worked for you.

I upgraded from 5.3.1 to 5.4.11

And this sorted out the np2db service starting
