Can you share the document to remove these host from Check_by_ssh and replace with NRPE.

https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... e/NRPE.pdf and https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... g_NRPE.pdf cover nrpe configuration. To remove services/hosts, simply select them in the CCM and use the action delete to remove them. Note that services need to be deleted before removing the hosts they are assigned to.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.

Can we plan out a remote session for the same ? When it is feasible to plan out the same.

as it was configured by colleague and now i am unable to clear this issue.

@ericssonvietnam, We can certainly schedule a remote session. However, we are required to have a ticket for each remote session, so please go ahead and open a support ticket here:
https://support.nagios.com/tickets
In the ticket include the link to this forum thread and please indicate that you'd like a remote session.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.
