Database backend error

Hi Team,

I am getting database backend error on GUI.

we are unable to start below service.
[root@PHYPSZNGSAPP01 ~]# service ndo2db status
ndo2db is not running

Lets try the following

rm -f /usr/local/nagios/var/ndo2db.lock /usr/local/nagios/var/ndo.sock
service ndo2db start
