not able to add a new router/switch

Failed on the final step. “There was an error while attempting to apply configuration. Error code: 9." always got this error. any idea?

Hello,

I saw that you opened a support ticket in regards to this same issue.

It's best if you could post one issue in either a support ticket or a forum thread. That way us support techs are not answering the same question twice.
