Do you have an official guide to configure SMPP connection with Nagios XI to receive alerts via SMS?

Which platform specifically are you trying to interact with? Is it a modem? Some third-party web service? I don't know of any instructions specific to SMPP, but some vendors offer specific integrations or APIs that can be leveraged more easily.

I believe it is geared specifically towards SMTP->SMS gateways. So if your provider makes such a gateway available, the above documentation should work.
