Our network support engineer would like to know if you have a newer .OVA file for deployment on VMware. He was not able to apply the "VMware Tools and Compatibility Upgrades" on the current VM.

VMWare tools are not pre-installed on our VM's.
Your admin would have to install the tools manually if they are desired.
