Upgrade from 5.2.7 to 5.5.0 failed

I removed the hosts and now another service is failing with the similar messages.
I think we're not getting anywhere with this.
Can you please advise me the procedure to export the current data and then import it on a new Nagios XI instance? I'm thinking of creating a new Nagios XI 5.5.x instance and then importing the data from the current Nagios Xi instance.

You can make a backup and restore, but it will backup the very configurations you are trying to fix.

I think it would be better to restore a configuration snapshot from the last known good configuration
