Hi
Currently i facing one server that having intermittently connection from NRPE, when i try to ping from monitored host to Nagios Xi, connection work find.

If this is an intermittent issue and you can ping the host, I would try increasing the timeout settings on check command. Is it happening to all the service checks on the host?
Take a look at this knowledgebase article for instructions to increase the timeout settings:

Let us know if you get it worked out.
