Notification Email testing

we are having some difficulties getting SMTP to work on Nagios. We set It up and tested a few weeks back and the test emails were working as expected. Since then we have made a few changes such as connecting up to AD and upgrading to the latest version of Nagios XI. I have tried testing the sending the email again and it appears to have stopped working. I am able to send mail from the box the server is running on using telnet but not from Nagios itself. Any support will be appreciated.

https://support.nagios.com/kb/article/p ... g-820.html covers how to enable debugging. Please provide the output if it doesn't help you resolve the problem.
