Nagios Sending emails to only one account

Hi All,

Nagios is sending emails to only one account ali@xxx.com from root@localhost.com. I have checked all my custom scripts but there is nothing found in it.
it is sending emails in every second, so i am getting a lot traffic on my mail server, for now i have changed my relay host & stopped emails.Can you please help in that?
logs are mentioned below.

What are the notification handlers specified for the ali@xxx.com user? Is it an xi_host/service_notification_handler ?
