Nagiosxi upgraded Version details need

Hello Team,
Currently we are using nagiosxi 5.5.5 ,I checked updated version is 5.6.2
we are planning to upgrade nagiosxi
Could you answer the following,
1) we have enabled snmp trap sender in our nagiosxi,so previous version(5.4.13) we received hard alert at 1 of 5 and nagiosxi 5.5.5 is getting hard at 1 of 5 and 5 of 5 as well,this issue resolved in 5.6. 2?
Reason - because why i am asking this we have enabled auto ticketing so that ticket need to create for only hard alert ?
Please give me details about 5.6.2 version

Are you saying that some of your alerts are HARD 1 of 5 and some are showing HARD 5 of 5? I want to make sure I'm understanding you exactly.

yes i am getting hard alerts at 1 of 5 and some are showing 5 of 5,
How to stop the 1 of 5 hard alerts ?
Please suggest

For the items that are 1 of 5, are the hosts down for these services (or a parent host)?
Are they passive checks?

Some times i will get 1 of 5 hard alert for services and sometimes hosts.
I can't understand previously we received hard alert at 5 of 5 only .
We are monitoring normally using windows servers - nsclient ,unix - nrpe,network - snmp string
Please help me to stop hard alert at 1 of 5

I just re-read your original post and saw you are on 5.5.5
there were some bugs in that version that could cause this and an upgrade to 5.6.2 would be recommended to resolve this.

Hello,
we have tried Nagios XI 5.5.8 also still i am facing same issue,
Hard alerts are coming 1 of 5 only for both hosts and services .

I recommended 5.6.2, or now 5.6.3 is out.

hello
I have upgraded to 5.6.3 new version but still i can see the 1 of hard alert's for host down and some of the unknown error's and warning alert i am getting hard at 1 of 5
Please find the below error's which i am getting hard at 1 of 5
a)UNKNOWN - check_nwc_health timed out after 30 seconds
b)WARNING: SNMP error: No response from remote host
c)CRITICAL - XX.xx.xx.xx: rta nan, lost 100%

Are these services hosts down? If so that would be expected
