Acknowledgment of Traps

Hi Team,
When i am acknowledging a trap, it is getting acknowledged but it is not getting disappeared from interface. so it creates confusion & i am opening same trap again.
can you please help how can i get rid of same?

It depends on where you are looking in the UI, for example if you go to
Home -> Open Service Problems

This will only show services that have not been acknowledged or are not in downtime

Additionally, acknowledged items should have an icon that looks like a wrench next to the service description in the table view

Thank you so much scottwilkerson, but is there any way like if i have acknowledged critical trap & it will get disappear?

Where would you like it to disappear from exactly? Is it enough that it goes back into an OK state? If so, you could submit another passive check result. Do this on the service's status detail screen > Advanced > Commands > Submit passive check result.
