Metric Overview Problem - Color Coding Error

Hi Experts,

Seeking for your help as we are experiencing error in our Metrics Overview. One of our Plug-ins is not accurate in terms of Color coding state.
One of our servers are in DISK USAGE Critical State but in Metrics Overview the Critical State color is GREEN. Please see attached file for your reference.

Troubleshooting done:
1. Reboot the Nagios XI server. ~Not resolving.
2. Re-configure Host & Services. ~Not resolving.
3. Checked the Server's Performance however its all in normal utilization.

Note : Yesterday, it was working fine but earlier today, it is now experiencing this error.

Are these checks that are not color-coded properly NCPA checks? If so, it's been fixed in 5.6.4 and should be out shortly.

Thanks for your feedback on this.

Sorry, did you mean during installation of NCPA agent app we haven't properly configured to check the color-coding for each state? Will, if you could try on your end to install the NCPA agent, there's no option of it as the option only is Input the Auth Token, NRDP IP.. etc..

Also, what version exactly you are using. Because for now I think the latest update is 5.6.3. do you know already when is the launching 5.6.4 update?

5.6.4 of Nagios XI should be released in the next few days with the fix included.
