We are implementing Nagios XI monitoring system for one of retail customer who has around 100 different stores at various location. In Nagios how we can add individual store (site) and their devices specific to store?
We need to add a couple of extra fields for each host which we need into reports like address (not gps location).
Can anyone help me for this?

Re: Multisite In Nagios XI
Hello,
The best solution would be to organize the store by hostgroups. For example, the hostgroup Store_A would contain all the devices for that location.
If you go to Configure > Monitoring > Hosts and click a host, there are a few extra fields available such a the Alias field or the Notes field ( under the Misc Settings tab) that could be used storing address information.
The notes field can also be used to input location data for generating maps.
Let me know if you have any other questions or need clarification on anything.
