Dashboard does not show changed values

hi,
we are using many Reports that added to different Dashboards but none Report synchronize new values to the Dashboard.
I have refreshed the Dashboard ~2 hours, again and again but it looks always green.
Is there another option to get the new values to the Dashboard?

Hi @scharft,

The fix is currently in QA and will be available with the next bugfix release of XI - we just released one on the 9th so you'd be looking at a 3-4 week delay. If this is urgent for your organization and you're comfortable with linux environments, send me a private message and we can manually upgrade this portion of the code on your system.
