Do you have proxy or file blocking? On the XI command line try running:

Code: Select all

wget https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=epel-6&arch=x86_64 -v
wget http://download.webmin.com/download/yum/repodata/repomd.xml -v
wget http://mirror.kku.ac.th/centos/6.10/os/x86_64/repodata/repomd.xml -v

What is the error that you are seeing? Can you show us the actual command that you are using, run from the command line, along with the output of it?

I didn't using any command line but i just allow internet from my router to NagiosXI so all SNMP that currently monitor ( Green ) become error ( Yellow ). and i don't know how to check on command line.

Can you show us a screenshot of the error that you see in the GUI?

Go to the CCM > Services, find the service that is failing, click on the service, then click on the Run Check Command button (under the Common Settings tab), and show the command that you are running, along with the output of it.

Click on the Configure menu, then click on the Go to Nagios Core Config Manager. Click on Services, find your (failing) service and click on it. You will be taken to the Common Settings tab. There should be a Run Check Command button on the page. Click on it, then click on Run Check Command. Copy/paste on the forum the command you ran, along with the output of it.

Also, PM me your latest profile (profile.zip). You can obtain it by clicking on the Admin menu, than clicking on the System Profile link under the System Config menu on the left hand side, then clicking on Download Profile button, and saving the profile.zip file.

You haven't shown us your check... I asked you to do this:
Click on the Configure menu, then click on the Go to Nagios Core Config Manager. Click on Services, find your (failing) service and click on it. You will be taken to the Common Settings tab. There should be a Run Check Command button on the page. Click on it, then click on Run Check Command. Copy/paste on the forum the command you ran, along with the output of it.
Also, I asked for the profile.zip file, not for the screenshot of the system info. We need the profile.zip file as it contains your configurations and log files. The screenshots you showed us are not sufficient to troubleshoot the issue. Please PM me the proifle.zip. Do not post it on the public forum. Thank you!
