Status of System Components are down except the first three

I have Nagios XI 5.6.5 and I changed some setting for examples: I had offloaded DB and had snmp trap configuration and some nodes and some services, and I deleted the nodes and services and changed snmp trap configuration and again active dB on nagios xi server that use active check for other nodes and services.
But I faced with some issues, the status of system components in "Admin" are down and I don't know reason of it and I tried to restore configure snapshot but it didn't work because apply configuration is not done.

would you please guide me about it ? (system component status)
