How do I remove or delete the previous defined passive services from Nagios XI?
Here is the scenarios we faced:
NCPA agent installed and configured nrdp.cfg with the following line
%HOSTNAME%|__HOST__ = /system/agent_version
This will generate one entry in the hosts status window in Nagios XI
OK: Agent_version was ['2.1.6']
Next we decided to upgrade to NCPA agent to 2.1.8 and remove the entry in the nrdp.cfg file
%HOSTNAME%|__HOST__ = /system/agent_version
After this, the entry for hosts status window in Nagios XI, still has this service show up
OK: Agent_version was ['2.1.6']
I can not find this entry in this host service configuration file and don't know where to delete or remove it.
Similarly, I defined some passive services before and added to Nagios XI, now I modified the agent nrdp.cfg file by removing some services from the file nrdp.cfg, how do I remove these services from Nagios XI?

Hosts and services can be removed using the CCM under Configure > Core Config Manager > Monitoring > Hosts / Services.
As of May 25th, 2018, all communications with Nagios Enterprises and its employees are covered under our new Privacy Policy.
