I emailed my boss and he said to try a different username and password out because the one i was using did not have SMTP rights. So i made the switch hoping that it would work and it did not got the same errors for both smtp.office365.com:

Now i am waiting to see if he sent in a ticket and when i hear back and than i will send you and update. In the mean time is there something we can do with the cell phone text verification code issue or is that related to the SMTP issue?
