I could see there is ntfs warning in filesystem/volume. Please find the attachment for the errors. But if we have ntfs warning or drive corrupt we should get the warning/unknown for the all the services but we are getting for only cpu/pagefile. Let us know if you need more details.

Please upgrade NSClient++ to the latest stable version and disable the features in NSClient++ that you are not using.
NSClient++ is not one of our products and you may have to go to the NSClient++ forums for support.

An other option is to use a different Agent like NCPA.

The NTFS errors could be related but I don't know for sure.
