LDAP and SSL Issue

Hello,

I have Nagios XI installed. I am trying to get LDAP to work but I get a message "Unable to authenticate: Could not connect to the LDAP server selected." However, I can ping the LDAP server from the Nagios server.

Also, I have uploaded SSL cert via the Admin interface.

Can you please provide me with some pointers?
