Problems with wizards since 1.2B => 1.2C upgrade

Hi,

After upgrading from R1.2B to R1.2C my Windows Server and Network Switch wizards are not creating all the services I select.

For instance I select the Switch wizard and scan interfaces and select a couple to monitor - the wizard completes and settings are saved. I find that only the ping service is created. When running the windows server wizard only the ping, cpu and memory usage services are created.

I see the following error in my http log:
