Email alert formats?

My email alerts are coming into outlook and my Droid with no new lines in them. EX:

***** Nagios XI Alert ***** Notification Type: PROBLEM Service: Showcase Host: wmh-holdc1.intranet.wmheart.com Address: 10.150.105.3 State: CRITICAL Info: SCP_ShowCase.exe: not running Date/Time: Nagios URL: http://wmh-nagios/nagiosxi/

This is the last thing I need before I show it off to our Director. It has to look pretty, you know

Are you using sendmail or SMTP in the mail settings? PHPMailer is used for sending email messages, so it might be stripping newlines out somewhere along the line.
