In my case, the name are "perf_ux2___sar%20file%22%20runq.rrd".

N. b.: also in my case, a " or %22 appeared in the filename in question. I have lots of other filenames containing %20, %3A and other substitutions that never caused any trouble. So it looks like it's really " or %22 respectively.
