Last Check Time: 2013-04-15 16:42:04
Check Type: ACTIVE
Check Latency / Duration: 0.345 / 0.050 seconds
Next Scheduled Active Check: 2013-04-15 16:47:14
Last State Change: N/A

Hmm I believe I have seen this on occasion, is it showing on all of your hosts/services? If you force an active check "Re-schedule a check" does it reset the plus sign?

What version of XI does the system display in the lower left corner? Was this a VM?

Did you install via yum or apt-get? It would be highly advisable to copy your configurations and install a newer version from 3.4 or 3.5, from source. The configurations have not changed, and would be directly applicable to the new version.

Not sure if you have the resources but you could migrate to a new machine, move the config, verify all is working before taking old server offline
