I'm not sure how to check that to be honest. But I did see somewhere that after installing postfix and/or mailx that all instances of /bin/mail in commands.cfg should be changed to /usr/bin/mail. So I went ahead and changed that and reloaded postfix and nagios. But still no luck

/bin/mail is usually a sim link. You may or may not need to change it. Lets see what it is set to:

Code: Select all

ls -la /bin/mail
which mail
