Nagios Core Problem :/

Can Nagios Core 3.5.0 monitor 3 Fast Ethernet of the same router (Cisco 2600 router) ? If yes can anyone help me please.

Do you have any experience with integrating SNMP monitoring with Nagios? This would be required to poll the ports being used. I would take a look at this page:

For a explanation of SNMP traps, as well as a link to our exchange site where you could search for plugins, let us know if you have further questions.

Thanks a lot for your reply. So to clarify, I need to install NSTI, SNMPTT, SNMP on the Nagios server?

and from the router side I have to enable the Snmp right?

This really depends on what you would like to monitor. I would likely not suggest what slansing did, as I am guessing you wish to monitor port status and speed? If so, you should look into standard snmp queries and the correct oids for your device. You might also want to look into mrtg. Here are a few pretty solid links:
