Thank you scottwilkerson. The package you attached installed exactly like it was supposed to, and now I can at least get to the web UI through my browser. It says I have errors in my config file, and I can see that it's simply because it's a default config file and I don't have any hosts set up named 'localhost', so I should be good from here. Many thanks!
Any chance that this package can get uploaded to the Exchange site for Core users? I would hate for someone else to run into the same problem.
