Physical machine monitor fan

good afternoon

I would like to know how to track my physical machines, need to control the temperature of the rotating fan stuff, my nagios this virtualized and can not do this

can someone help me

Could you be more specific on what exactly you are trying to check?

I would like to monitor the temperature of the cpu and fan speed

What OS are you looking to do this on, if windows, I'd recommend using this to check the fans and temperature:
