i'm not sure about why the plugin is returning an error with fsmo.

try the following instead

This plugin also tried but getting same error. I am trying on Windows 2012 (64-Bit).

Your dcdiag output seems truncated. Could you repost the output and make sure that none of it is truncated? (post in two separate posts if necessary)
