Monitor files and un-regular services

Hello all

i need your help to monitor with nagios some un-regular processes :

1. logstash
2.ora_smon
3.elasticsearch

i'm search for a lot of scripts but because those services are nor regular the nagios return that he didn't found any process running on the server.

my second issue is that i want to monitor on REMOTE server if the file dummy.html (on specific directory) is there.

plz help me

Not quite sure what you mean by "un-regular" services/processes. Are they services or processes? And what makes them irregular?

What plugins have you tried? You can use this plugin to check if a file is in existence on a Linux system:
